Kindergarten Art Show

On Wednesday night, our wonderful kindergarten community gathered for the Kindergarten Art Show. The Three-year-old and Four-year-old groups had been busy throughout second term, creating their beautiful art pieces. Parents and families were so impressed with the quality of work and the effort put in by each child. Some of the gorgeous creations included woven baskets, ceramic faces and snails, ceramic baskets with beading, milk bottle elephants, butterfly paintings and paper-mache bowls. The rooms were full of colour and excited faces, especially those who managed to win one of the many raffle prizes! Four lucky families would also become the owners of the beautiful group canvases made by each class. We are very grateful to those who donated items for the raffle and to all who purchased raffle tickets or bid on the silent auction. It is planned that the proceeds of the Art Show will go towards purchasing a fantastic new outdoor slide for the kindergarten. Well done to all the kindergarten staff for their organisation of the evening and allowing their students to showcase their artistic skills.
